Performance and characteristics

The temperature of the machine is adjusted by the pointer type temperature controlled meter. The temperature is accurate and steady. It can fluctuate heating and is controlled by separate switch; using screw type compaction, repair the position by sandbags adjustment at the same time signal light instructs when the temperature is constant or up. With electricity signal instructions and power short circuit protection, it also has 120 minutes of timing and usually chooses any use.

 

Tire repair methods

1. Will tire or vacuum tyre cuts do mark by burnish hind swabbed clean, swabbed

clean again.

2．Cut the raw rubber with wound quite, and it will stick to the wound. (If possible, better use the special vulcanization adhesive or will raw rubber easy vulcanizing adhesive or will raw rubber and rubber paste in hybrid fuel before post raw rubber with a brush again wound, for raw rubber easy vulcanizing and better vulcanization effect.)

3. According to different parts of the tires wounds, different directions in its hanging vulcanizing machine curve arm. Control sandbags put the position, press the tires.
4. Through the temperature meter, adjust corresponding from mould temperature. Fill inner with heating by the under film, temperature control in 140-150 degrees or so; fill outer with heating by up or under film or both ,the temperature control in 160-170 degrees or so.
5. Power on the switch of mainframe and then power on the switch of the up or under film, the temperature rises automaticly, raw rubber vulcanizes automaticly. The time is about 8-10 minutes, it may have differences because of environmental temperature.
6. Power off, loosen screw, spread out up film arms 90 degrees to the right, take down tires. If need use, you can use cold water cooling. Natural cooling effect is better.

 

Notice

1. The machine had better be fixed in the right place.
2. 2. The high temperature pay attention to burn especially avoid children closing.
3. After using,please clean regularly, avoid affecting next time of use.
4. After using, do again for all kinds of other after their cooling to avoid burning

sand pocket.

5. Replacing the fuse should cut off power supply.

6．Make sure grounding.
