Tire Changer Tubeless Tire Installation Instructions

1. Make sure the rim is tight on the clamp
2. Apply lubricant on both rims and tire edges
3. Hold the pliers at the highest point on the outer side of the rim edge
4. Place the tire on the support platen, lower the position between the lift arm control adjustment platen and the lift arm, and place the first side of the tire on the pinnet where the pliers have been locked, and make sure the pliers are at the highest point of the rim.
5. Raise rims and tires and rotate 15-20mm clockwise. Tire and rim cross
6. See whether the car assembly hook faces the side of the tire. If not, press the positioning handle and turn it 180° to fix the assembly hook.
7. Use the control lever to align the mounting hook with the outer edge at a distance of 5mm
8. Turn the pliers clockwise to the lowest point, the first time the tire edge is in place
9. Remove the pliers from the rim and use the tool to release the tire
10. Clip the pliers on the outside of the rim and attach it to the mounting hook
11. Control the assembly hook to move to a distance of 5mm between the rim and the tire rim, turn the tire clockwise until the pliers are at the lowest point, so that the outer tire is in place
12. Remove the pliers and lower the tire onto the tire support plate. Carefully remove the tire with the loose clamp.
