Calibration procedure of automobile tire balancer

Note: during the initial installation or use of the equipment, if the measurement is suspected to be inaccurate, the self calibration procedure should be run to ensure the measurement accuracy of the balancing machine

Turn on the power switch on the machine

Install a medium size (13 ″ - 15 ″) tire, input rim data, press and hold the key, and press the key at the same time

Display [cal] [cal] [cal] until the unbalanced position indicator light is fully on and stops flashing, release the key, put down the protective cover, press the key, rotate the spindle, and display [[add] [100] after stopping

Add 100g balance weight on the outside of the rim. Put down the protective cover, press the key, the spindle rotates again, and stop

Display the end of self calibration. The data of self calibration is stored in the memory and will not be lost after shutdown

After that, the tire can be balanced
